New World Stream: Fresh Start Server Myrddin: Friday the 11th @ 11pm MST

Hey there everybody.

Update 2: The video is ready, part 4 is embedded now. Now to fix the title images to show their respective ‘parts’ lol.

And to finish off this 2nd update. We got 5 levels in 2 hours, which is 1 level more than the 2 levels per hour I am trying to keep as a minimum. We could have gone for a 6th level with another 15-20 minutes of streaming; but I need to do things before I start another stream if I am going to do another one at all tonight. If I don’t do that stream tonight, then I will be waking up early in the morning to do 2 before work instead. The plan is to be level 30 before I leave for work.

Oh, and one more thing. We have so far only played a total of roughly 6 hours. 25.5 levels in 6 hours. We have 42 hours remaining to level up another 34.5 times. That means we only need to level up 1.21739130434782608696 times per hour to meet the mark as a minimum rate. Going with my current 2.5 times per hour roughly speaking; that means we could possibly see level 60 in much less time. But then again… things do start to slow down after level 40 sorta. So long as I am solo that is. And I am, for now.

The company name needs creating. I have some in mind, but we need members; come join!

Update: Alright, I’m home and going to start the stream here soon. It’s 10:50pm here and the stream was timed to start at 11:15pm, but no one is in stream page waiting (go figure lol); so I am going to start right away here. If anyone see’s this update in the next few minutes, now is your chance to catch the stream from the start.

So I figured it’s about time I start planning these streams ahead of time so that people interested in playing the game at all can join me; or at the very least watch some of what I am doing.

However, instead of like last time where I would just put up a post 5 minutes before streaming, I am now trying to plan ahead and post these ahead of time. I will also be setting up the stream ahead of time, hopefully without any issues befalling it.

Finger crossed.

I have this one set for 11:15pm to give myself a 15 minute window; just in case my bus is late, or we get out of work super late; etc.

I would include an embedded video, but YouTube is always terrible about this part. I can add them after the fact, and will do so just below this point later on; but otherwise the embed feature is still … for lack of better words… fucky.

To wrap this all up, I should say that tonights stream will likely be the longer one of the two today, since I was going to do a longer one this morning; but as usual life intervenes somehow. Perhaps will manage to do so again tonight? Who knows.

But what I do know is that between these 3 streams so far, we are level 20 in under 4 hours. If I can keep the pace of 1-2 levels per hour, then we should see this character reach level 60 by the 48th hour without issue.

Yes, that means 60 levels in 2 days worth of time. The first 10 are always the easiest. The 2nd 10 are still easy. The 3rd 10 levels is where things start to slow down, and level 40 onwards is basically 1 level per hour, or better if possible. So if I can get to level 40 in under 24 hours, we have this cinched. We’re half way there.

And we can get it done faster if some of you join me. Corruption runs are a good way to level up fast, but you need a good group of people to do it. 5+ minimum, with one really good healer.

Finally, no discord server is available yet, for now. We can just use in game chat/voice if need be for now.

And one last thing.

I work this Saturday, but have Sunday and likely Monday off. So if anyone wants to join in on the fun later this weekend, or after my shift ends Saturday; feel free to get setup in the meantime so that when that time comes it’s all smooth sailing.

Now, I need to get going for work here soon. Hope to see some of you on the other side when I get back.
